We stayed at this hotel recently and had a great experience. The location was perfect as it was close to everything, including the harbor, city center, and shopping centers. We also enjoyed having the fish markets nearby. The staff were friendly, even though their English was not the best. However, they made up for it by being attentive and helpful.

Everything was nice except heating system, you have to wait until you get in to your room in order to run air cond. And it takes at least an hour to have a comfortable temperature.

Spent the Easter weekend at this hotel and had a blast! the pool area was amazing. Sunbeds were always available, and the pool wasn't too crowded. the location was perfect, close to the centre of the city with plenty of shops and restaurants around. Finally, the staff were attentive and friendly, always willing to help.
The breakfast buffet was a letdown, as there were limited options, and some of the dishes had run out by the time we arrived. the shower in our room was quite frustrating because the hot and cold water kept mixing itself.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a great area. The location was perfect, with everything we needed close by, including the harbour, city centre, shopping centres, and fish markets. The hotel staff were friendly, although their English skills were limited. Nevertheless, they were always willing to assist us. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with the rooms being cleaned every day. We were also pleased with the hotel facilities, which met our expectations.

the staff were friendly, although their English skills were limited. the hotel had a good Wi-Fi connection, which is rare in Turkey, and it was free. the rooms were comfortable and modern, with a nice spa that included a Turkish bath and massage facilities. the hotel also had a convenient car park.
I did encounter some issues with the shower water not being hot, and the reception could not fix the problem in a timely manner.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was a great experience. the staff was very helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. the hotel's location was perfect because it was close to the city center and shops, which we loved. Another great thing about this hotel was the free Wi-Fi and amazing spa services.
the beds were not as comfortable as we expected, and the breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing because some of the items were finished early.
